2023 - 11 - 18 /// Obroa-skai is out!

Obroa-skai’s mind-altering ‘Science Progresses One Funeral at a Time’ is out now! Truly an immersive, jarring, and emotional experience. 12”s and digital release are available and shipping. We only made 100 and probably sold half of our stock in the first 24 hours.

Operation X-Ray Obroa-Skai and a premiere of an Othiel song!

ZBR the 300th is finishing up, we got an email yesterday. I reckon a January release, split between ourselves and Dog Knights. Gonna be so epic.

Johnny’s Reco-mmendations: HORSEBOY = Good lord this is amazing. Pretty sure it’s members of Leg Yield, Big Water, and Canyons.

Vi Som Älskade Varandra Så Mycket’s second and ridiculously amazing gatefold 12” ‘Det onda. Det goda. Det vackra. Det fula.’. Watch above and/or listen below. Black 12” copies and a few cassettes still remain!!!

Johnny’s Reco-mmendations: VESSELS CAST FROM CRIPPLED HANDS + DESTROYER DESTROYER = ‘The Spiderbear Tales’ is a righteous good time, and the complete opposite of the two bands in the most recent Out Past the Rings.

2023 - 11 - 11 /// Llewelyn

Llewelyn’s ‘Disposable Culture’ released yesterday on Tomb Tree and we have a limited amount of tapes, including the bulk of the 20 swirled copies and all of the test dips. The band’s noise-rock is on the heavy side (there’s a lotta screamin’) and certainly dabbles in post-hardcore, packing all five songs with serious punch. Jam/buy below!

Othiel will follow Obroa-skai’s ‘Science Progresses One Funeral at a Time’ 12”LP, with the latter releasing November 17th and the former December 1st. Jam the two singles above and below this text, fans of Crowning will be fucking stoked.

The second Out Past the Rings for the Meditations In Affinity split 7” series is here! 100 copies lost! Alternate art! Ninjas! Etc. Watch above and/or listen below. Sold out!!!

Operation X-Ray had another banger of an episode playing Storm{o}, Llewelyn, and Obroa-skai!

Johnny’s Reco-mmendations: HORSEWHIP = We released the stellar Horsewhip/Yashira split earlier this year and now the band has unleashed their brand new 12”LP and it blows the previous one out of the water. Some lineup changes have resulted in a seriously incredible record.
